Monday: 6:30PM – 7:30PM
Tuesday: 6:30PM – 7:30PM
Wednesday: Practice on your own
Thursday: 6:30PM – 7:30PM
Saturday: 9:00AM – 11:00AM (when there is no XC meet that weekend)
*Note: We may change to Matzke Park after daylight savings to use lights.
2025 FALL USATF CROSS-COUNTRY MEET SCHEDULE
For the “Developmental” Meets listed below please note the following important information:
- Registration begins at 7:30 am
- Entry Fee are average $10-&15 youth, $20 Masters and Adults (boys and girls)
- First race begins at 8:30 am.
- Order of races are oldest to youngest on a “rolling” schedule based on competitors available
- 5K – Masters / Adults 8:30am
- 5K – 17 – 18yo
- 5K – 15 – 16yo
- 4K – 13 – 14yo
- 3K – 11 – 12yo
- 3K – 9 – 10yo
- 2K – 8 yo and under
- Note: Age bracket determined by year of birth

2025 SPRING/SUMMER PRACTICE SCHEDULE (TRACK & FIELD) OVERVIEW
PLEASE REPORT TO PRACTICE IMMEDIATELY PER THE SCHEDULE BELOW:
*Practices begins on Monday, February 17, 2025 at 6:00PM at Cy-Creek HS.
Varsity athletes in middle school / high school – feel free to join practice at the end of your school season (April)

Note: All Running Events = Sprints, Hurdles, & Distance
Hurdlers, Jumpers, Javelin, and Pole Vaulters should also attend two running practices each week (Mon, Tues, or Thurs)
