THE NORTHWEST FLYERS CELEBRATES OUR 33RD ANNIVERSARY IN 2020!!!

The Northwest Flyers Track Club is member program of USA Track and Field (USATF), the national governing body for track & field and cross country. The club is in its 33rd year in the Northwest Houston area. We train and compete in the USATF Cross-Country (Fall), Indoor Track (Winter), and Outdoor Track & Field (Spring / Summer) seasons.

The Northwest Flyers (NWF) Track Club will kick-off the Spring/Summer 2020 Track & Field season with our annual kick-off breakfast for interested athletes and their parents. Ages 6 – 18 may participate on the team, and both beginners and experienced runners are welcome. The event will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020, at 8:30 AM at the Cypress Creek Community Center, 6823 Cypresswood Drive, Spring, TX 77379. The event will cover the important program information for the season and is a mandatory orientation for new parents and athletes. Returning families should also plan to attend this event.

We will also have a special presentation from Brian Michael Cooper, President of the inaugural Houston Roughnecks XFL professional football franchise. As a courtesy to our guest speaker, please do not arrive late. We are expecting a large volume of people (athletes, parents, and coaches) to attend this annual event!

Both returning and new elementary, middle, and high school athletes should attend this mandatory orientation.

If you are unable to attend this mandatory orientation breakfast, please send an email to linette.roach@sbcglobal.net. Your registration can then be completed online at the end of the orientation session. (click link below)
